Just found out I rate an award, in the IRR...how do I get this certified?

I just got an email from my previous OIC regarding an award that I rate.

I'm in the IRR, and going to a muster in December. Will they be able to help me there or no?

What can I do to get this in my official records?

I plan on going back in, which is why I care.

Email it to MOBCOM or MARFORRES if your still in the IRR and they will run it for your MOL. Or take it to your muster
