Post 9-11 gi bill

I have been waiting for the information on how to change my montgomery gi bill over to post 9-11 gi bill. I requested information and a password several weeks ago, maybe 3 weeks now and still have recieved no word from the VA. Does anyone know if it just takes a long time or are they just blwoing me off? If there is anyone has information or suggestion for me please let me know.

Have you received your eligibility letter yet? Also call the GI Bill line 1-888-442-4551 they should be able to get everything worked out for you. I'm currently using the Montgomery instead of the Post 9/11.
