Hey Brother....
I'll give you a bump because of your courage to work on a newer car.
I look under the hood of my 2005 Toyota truck and it's a cluster fvck of stuff that I could never identify let alone diagnose/repair.:)

Good luck in getting some good tips.

Carry on.....

Thanks for the come back
I totally agree on the cluster----Under the bonnet
Most likely will be a level 2 (maybe 3) repair
Never hurts to ask

I would suspect it was a relay losing contact. Look under the hood for the relay panel and look at how all the relays are labeled. There will be a common relay for these 3 items betcha. Now unplug that relay and reseat it if the problem goes away mail me a quarter if not go buy the 10 dollar relay from Auto Zone and replace if that don't fix it you are out 10 bucks and then it needs to go the Chevy place which won't be that inexpensive.

If it's insured, take it to the hood, park it with the keys in the ignition, that will fix it.

Check Auto parts stores for a manual, most manuals have a trouble shooting section plus a wiring and relay section, fuses, ect.or do as HST suggested.

Thanks for the come back, all attempts met with several possibles
Ended taking to a dealer locally

Plugged in to Thier super machine @$50.00

All electrical functions in this vehicle run through the radio.
There is a weak link in the radio (a connection) that is causing the problem
The fix is to replace the radio $600.00 !

I told them to clean the connection and put it back together

I was trying to finish rewiring the trailer plug on the '05 Silverado. It got dark and I grounded out the left tailight and blew the fuse. After replacing the fuse the wife thinks I fixed the front right daytime running light that had been working intermittently... go figure... I guess I can take some intermittent credit at least until it starts happening again.
