I am currently signed up for Aviation support and hopefully will get assigned to Aviation ordnance. Getting an education is important and my goal is to try and do as much as I can while serving. I know that my job comes first and for a lot of MOS's, especially the ones on the ground, it is difficult to make time for studying and classes. I am asking any former or current Aviation Ordnance (or anyone who can answer) how difficult trying to go to college will be. Does this job take too much time? If not how far can I expect to get in four years; Associate's or bachelors degrees if any? What kind of degrees or jobs do a lot of you get after you leave? I was thinking of getting a computer science degree. Thank you and any other tips or advice you can give will be much appreciated.
