I served 68 -72 Honorable discharge paper was issued. House fire about 8 years back destroyed most every thing. Still have the original DD214. <br />

How can an official duplicate be...

Never seen anyone get a replacement Honorable Discharge Certificate, but try the Marine Corps HQ they would be the ones who issued the first one.

Aside from the Honorable Discharge certificate (DD-256), is there a DD-214 discharge form (or its equivalent) issued to Reservists? I only got the certificate in the mail; I didn't receive a...

No DD214 is issued for reserve time served, only for active duty. Reservists can get a copy of their "reserve retirement credit report", but all it shows is the number of points that you have earned towards retirement.

I have my records in front of me for my 4 years active and two years active reserve. I have a dd214 for both time frames. I double checked my reserve paperwork and it is a 214. I was issued it from the 4th tank bn at nas miramar. also I recieved my drill paperwork with it.
