Active to reserve?

Good morning, Marines. I'm currently signed up for active duty with a ship date in about a month. Some problems have arisen, though, and I am hoping to switch from active duty to reserves. Is this possible? Thanks for your time.

I just spoke to my recruiter, and he's talking to his Staff Sergeant about it. Figured I would try to find something out on my own while I waited for him to get back to me. Thanks, Marines.
