Your post kinda reminded me of the quote, "Today is yesterday's tomorrow," but faith in God in the Marine Corps??

You bet. Accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior in November '78 while at ITS, San Onofre, Camp Pendleton. A church from San Clemente was holding the services, marched my squad to the chapel for "protestant" services, and during the invitation, I and most members of my squad went forward to receive Christ.
