I'm getting ready to go off for college, OR go into the USMC as enlisted. I haven't decided if I want to do NROTC or just become an enlisted yet. NROTC teaches many life skills, and a whole lot of things, but I want to go infantry, and the thought of leading experienced men into combat, as a brand new and straight-off-the-plane butterbar is a little nerve racking. I mean I don't want to make a mistake because I am new and inexperienced that gets other men killed. I'm not sure how to handle it. Things like that weigh very heavily on my mind. What are your guys opinion of it?

I'm required to fill out what school I go to, my full name, where I come from and all that? I'd rather not give that out.

Yep. Deleted until that appears. Site rules. We need to know to whom we are talking.
