i am a first termer and my EAS is November 2, 2012; this puts me in fy 13. so from what i have been reading i cannot reenlist until my fiscal year starts. but that would be october 1 , 2012. is it really true that i cannot reenlist until one month prior to my EAS??? and i tried the chain of command and even my career planners give me different answers.
