Please help brothers! I don't know who else to talk to. No one in the corps likes helping us reserve marines. I want to augment to active I have the DD368 (conditional release) approved, turned it in to a recruiter in feb, and now I don't know what else to do! The release is set to expire on june 1st. Since turning the release in the recruiter is giving me the cold shoulder. Is there anything to do? Or should I just go back to the reserves? Please help any info helps

First you need to sit down in person with your recruiter and get the straight story...If there is no openings for prior service going active then accept it and return to the reserves and put in for an IMA, ADSW or AR billet. High school kids are finding it hard to enlist right now not to mention anybody that is /was in already.
