Travel Expenses?

Evening gentlemen.

I'm on boot leave right now and was wondering if I would be reimbursed via travel claim if I bought a plane ticket to get to SOI on Monday morning?

Edit - I've asked both of the recruiters at my office. One says yes, they will - and the other says no, because it was purchased on leave they won't reimburse it. So I'm not sure what to think.

You're on leave so no. The only plane tickets you get refunded are ones that are purchased in direct support of a PCS, not inconjunction with leave. If you require transportation from point A of a PCS to point B then you rate travel expenses at standard government rates. If you are TAD then you also rate perdiem plus lodging at government rates for the area. This of course does not apply to you unless you are told otherwise upon checking in at SOI. The most you'll get when you check in at SOI is a stamp on your orders.
