An individual has come on here stating that his brother Robbert P Johnston ( his spelling) was KIA in April 2004 while serving in the Corps

I have searched every database I could from DoD to the Valor post on Marine Corps Times. I could not find any such individual no matter how I spelled the name

Can anyone please confirm that this individual has in fact been KIA?? I and others have sent a PM to the OP asking for some sort of confirmation, so far there has been no response

If the OP came on here to elicit false sympathy then that is pretty low IMO

Thank you

An update to my request. That exact date of death was listed as 4/23/04

This is the only individual listed on that day

Have you tried the Grim Reaper's forum on here, you should be able to access the archives and find all postings for April 04.

OK so the consensus is that no one can confirm that Robbert P Johnston (sp) was indeed KIA on 4/23/04? I didn't think so

Thank you to all of you who did some sort of search

Fair Winds and RIP to the men and women who gave all in Iraq and Afghanistan
