So Nate's gonna ship out to SD on 7/18/11 and graduate on 10/14/11. He's got Intel Specialist as his MOS. Anyone out there have any details, or have a kid going to boot the same time?:thumbup:

You can post about your son and learn a lot about recruit training including training phases (keep up with what he is doing), bootcamp terminology (to understand what he is writing home about), and graduation dates/activities. Once he is picked up by a training platoon, it may be possible to chat with other parents of recruits in his same platoon. That site is very helpful and supportive of parents, spouses, and girlfriends.
