Korean War

This website is dedicated with appreciation and remembrance to the thousands of American veterans who served and fought in war-torn Korea in 1950-1953 and beyond. It is humbling to realize that they unselfishly gave up their yesterdays and tomorrows so that those of us enjoying freedom in the United States can have our todays. This website also acknowledges the sacrifices of Korean War veterans from other nations who participated in Allied efforts to free South Korea from communist aggression. The sacrifices of the wounded and the dead are recognized on this website. The Korean War Educator also solemnly salutes the millions of Americans who suffered the grief of losing a family member or close friend during the war. You are invited to tour this site and learn more about one of our nation's bloodiest wars - the Korean War.

:marine: Roger Dodger, you "old" codger...in my opinion, the KWE Foundation/website is the most informed outlet concerning the Korean War...the submissions by the KW Veterans along with the Memoir section are second to none...if anyone still thinks it was just a conflict, is in for a graphic surprise...for an example, the highly esteemed TV sitcom, "MASH"...is romper room compared to the real War in Korea...don't take my word for it....surf in and read for yourself...thank you, Roger for posting the greatest coverage of the Korean War on the internet. Semper Fidelis :marine:
