For every injury put onto your medical records, do you have to have a paper saying that it was 100% healed?
I have 2 injuries that I never followed up on, due to the fact that it was healed 100%. I felt at the time, that there was no need to spend $25 for the doctor to tell me something, I already knew.
(Linear lucency in wrist and fractured toe) The wrist, I have no idea wtf that was and the toe, theres no treatment besides time, which ive had plenty of.
Would I have to schedule a follow up? Even though its been a few years?
