I havn't been on here since the DEP program, How can I change my rank?

Talk to one of the Mods. They should be able to help you out. Sorry to hear that you aren't in anymore. I'd ask but it might be personal so I'll leave it at that.

I'm pretty sure he means he graduated and just got back on for this first time since he was a poolee.

He means he's a Marine now, not a poolee. If he dropped out of the DEP, he wouldn't be changing his profile at all he'd be abandoning this site
