I was looking over my contract from MEPS the other day and noticed next to the line that says Marine Corps 0530 is next to it. Does that have any significance? I signed a 5 year contract for infantry but can't figure out what that number mean I got somewhat worried thinking I got screwed over and switched to another MOS but when I looked up 0530 the only thing that came up was 0531 civil affairs officer. Any input would help a lot thanks.
