Hey Marines, I have a question... I don't really look or feel 'overweight', but I could stand to lose a few pounds of stubborn fat and some muscle mass. I played hockey in New England, so I did a lot of weightlifting for the sport and I want to lose some of the muscle mass. I do a lot of cardio and anaerobic exercise everyday, yet I was never hot about calisthenics in the past... but that's changing fast now that I am a Poolee. I'd like to know how I could LOSE the muscle mass, but keep the strength. My knowledge of how the human body works is pretty fragmented at best.
