They say the biggest cause is Parkinson's disease....

However there is allot things that can make your hands shake.

Alcohol withdrawal...thyroid disease....syphillis.....are also some causes....is there any history in your family of the thyroid or Parkinson's?

I get shaky now and was told until I eat because of my blood glucose.

When you qualified in boot camp were you shaky with your weapon?

If it is not impairing you....and there is no history in your family I would just continue to do what you been doing.....and maybe wear a napkin bib if you have on a dress uniform or nice clothes......if it gets to be a debilitating problem definitely see your doc......because some can be serious medical conditions.

Good luck!

You have to look at the positive side. If it gets further along you can whack it and not even have to work at it!
