I have a total of 84 credit hours, currently. I was wondering how many credit hours would automatically get me into OCS.
Also, I was curious about if each person's MOS changes and if so how frequently.

Not sure what you mean by "automatically get me into OCS" -- there's nothing "automatic" about it.
There are lengthy qualifications and an application process. OCS programs are very competitive, so only the best qualified candidates are getting orders to Quantico.

Officers are required to have a 4-year degree. You will not commission without one.
