my arm cracks for pretty much everyone pull up. it doesnt hurt. has anyone heard of this? is it bad? could it be becuase im triple jointed? ps. sorry for spelling im on my phone at fort hamliton for inspection before i ship.

Might want to see about talking to a doctor about that, I've never heard of it, or seen anyone that has had it. Unless there's a doctor on this site, you may have problems getting an answere. Try WebMD's symptom checker if you can.
the prob their is that i ship monday. it have no pain but ppl always are like dammnn ur arms are cracking like crazy...

Try warming up a little more than usual. If you have no pain than don't really worry about it.

I wouldn't worry about it, I've known plenty of folks who had funny little joint popping sounds during PT.
