That says it all right there, I am the same build as he is at 66" and 178. I have been lifting weights for 10 years and have decent sized arms,back,quads etc for my height.I am also 37 years old and have a little cusion built up around the middle, not alot mind you but enough to give me a 34" waist,that unfortunately doesn't match a 14" neck as far as tape goes. I either would have to lose eight pounds or 2" off the waist just to meet minimums.The doc measured bodyfat with the calipers at 14%,the tape said 21%. For my height the military BMI standard wants me at 145lbs, I would look like an Aids patient at that weight.
