So here is what is going on I work 8am-4:30pm I cant afford to join a gym right now and there is like a foot of snow on the ground. I am looking for a good PT that i can do inside. I would love to go for a run but everything is covered in snow or a sheet of ice. Any suggestions? Thanks Marines

Get a door pull up bar from any mall or sports shop, sit ups can be done indoors no problem, as for running, try to do anything that will work your cardiovascular system. Workouts like shuttle runs, jumping jacks, and mountain climbers. Also if you can, google things like indoor workouts, or capoeira workouts (these are awesome).

If you can get ahold of some kettle bells. do some kettle bell training that will work ur hold body and quick. also look up cross fit exercises. those will work your nasty body into shape.

Get a jump rope - only takes a meter of cleared out space (and you'll get great use out of it when you go aboard ship.
