can a spouse married to an Active Duty Marine enlist in the USMCSR and PCS with her husband? Thanks for any insight!

Can you enlist?....Sure.Can you stay with your husband .....Occasionaly, There are efforts made to try and keep everyone together...But if it is not to the benefit of the Corps then get ready for a long drive come drill weekend.
