Are there any MOSs that are more likely than others to find a jump billet? I have heard 0861s and folks in the Radio world are more likely to hit jump school than many other MOSs.

0451 - Air Delivery Specialist. You have to be airborne qualified to be a USMC parachute rigger/AD specialist.
