A view from the same hill top overlooking Camp San Onofre. This view is towards the S.W. (about 210º) towards the Pacific Ocean over the top of the far ridge, and about 2.5 miles distant. Fire trails can be seen ascending the side of the slope beyond our Quonset huts. My QH is in the second row from the left at the bottom of the hill and behind hidden by the brush on the side of the hill. The red-line between the Quonset huts aligns with the view in the previous photo in this album.
