 Keith Fowler is owner of http://www.whisperinghope.net, a web site dedicated to honoring those who served in Americas Armed Forces,especially the Vietnam War. He most recently served as the Director of Ormet Information Services, WV and worked for 22 years with Westinghouse Electric Corporation PA, and SC.
